i backup the installed Drivers from installed 8.1win with "double Driver", then i remove with winreducer These Drivers:

Printer
Scanner
Lan Drivers (all)
wlan Drivers (all)

after install the reduced iso i cant install the backup Drivers or downloaded realtek Drivers for lan Adapter or the Driver for my Alan stick

do anyone know the reason?

Any drivers you remove, you need to integrate in WinReducer before finalising the ISO.
So if you removed all LAN/WLAN drivers, you need to integrate the Realtek LAN/WLAN drivers with WinReducer. I would just use leave the drivers that come with Windows 8.1 and not remove them at all.

Note 1: You could do a test to see what the size difference is between removing and reintegrating and just not removing. I noticed in Windows 7 times, that removing display drivers and reintegrating produced a smaller install than leaving the default drivers.

Note 2: I dont think there are specific display drivers installed in W8.1. Just a generic driver.

DO NOT REMOVE the Printer and Scanner drivers for your device. It breaks Printing and Scanning!!!!! 
This is not just a WinReducer issue. It has been the same since nLite/vLite days (10 years)....
