I downloaded from your site version 1.3.2.0 and when I installed it, as costrumbre, asks me to download the software needed to run. Apparently the download begins, a progress bar shows that it is making, but then a window appears with the following:


"An error have been detected during processing your request
 some files are still missin! "


My Pc, Win7 Ultimate X32, Proc. Intel Quad, 4GB memory, 160GB Hd.
Can you give me some information about this error?

Hello,

This error will appear when a third-party software download failed.

This could be explained by an antivirus (or integrated firewall) which disallow some downloads, or Windows Firewall with specific rules. Maybe a VPN may cause the trouble. Just try to disable the firewall(s), then reactivate it after all download.

And by the way, just for the record, all third-party software are directly downloaded from their owner website (or WinReducer website), then it will directly extract all necessary files from the downloaded files ... so there are no software installation ! Wink

I appreciate the information. I put into practice the recommendation of downloading the respective sites, and I solved the problem.

I'm having the same error as the person above. I'm stuck on setup for some reason. I've turned on all the buttons for the various programs and for the default theme and have forced download checked off. I also haven't been using antivirus or a firewall while running the program and downloaded the programs that Wim Converter needs directly from their websites.

Here is what my log file looks like:
