Change user folders location

I tried to change user folders location.
Before to install I created the folders:
D:\Contacts
D:\Desktop
D:\Music
D:\Pictures
....
After installation folders were in C:\ root.
Bug?

I also moved system and user variables but they were correctly located to T:\ (my temporary files partition).

i tried it, too.

i created folders on D: i.e. D:\Desktop and after installation all those folders were at C like C:\Desktop
