removing 32 bit support

I've seen it done in win10pe so i was wondering if it's possible here
and thereby get rid the syswow64 folder

This is not a secret because I've made some tests about that, last year, but it needs much more effort than just removing syswow64 folder. Maybe one day I will release this, you knows Wink

And win10pe is entirely, and only, based on x64 architecture ... so all software will need to be x64 (no x86 support).
