divx converter does not work

hi..i have windows 7 installed...reduced by winreducer...and now my divx converter does not work..this is the error

maybe because the internet explorer is removed???or the mediaplayer????thanks for help

This may also be missing multimedia codecs, or net framework files.

thanks for the answer..i did not remove netframework 3.5

because its probably not an winreducer bug. maybe divx need some codecs, did you remove some?
