[EX-100 - v1.8.2.0] [RS1 Build 14393.1066] Two recovery partitions?

on Sun 23 Apr 2017 - 1:18
I have a new SSD 960 EVO 250GB and I installed a new Windows.

Why are there two recovery partitions? At the other hard I did not have it, is it normal ?!
