  • problems with the installation of this driver for my Sony Xperia Z1
  • currently no driver deleted with Winreducer
  • not even in safe mode

so you mean you didnt remove any driver but it is missing?
is the driver also missing when you install win10 untouched ?

maybe it is missing/ can not be installed because the driver is to "old" or not supported with win10 (its not final yet)

hi,

i would say this is "solved" since it only happens when this component is removed

"Support - Modem"

before it was broken by somthing other but at least in RS3 only Support - Modem is "breaking" it.
