[Solved] [EX-100 - v1.9.4.0] [RS3 Build 16299.19] Startmenu only works ...sometimes

I have a problem, which KrX mentioned a few month ago.
My startmenu only works sometimes. When I start w10, the startmenu will not open.
After a few minutes, the startmenu suddenly can be opened.

I have this problem with my WCCF in [EX-100 - v1.9.4.0] and [EX-100 - v1.9.5.0]

Can not see, why this happens till now.

i didnt test the latest version on a real machine, but i will do that soon.

in the past problems with start menu was caused by firewall (mostly) and sometimes windows defender. so maybe that can help you

Thank you, but I use firewall and defender. Did not remove them.
I take an older wccf from 08/2017 and make a new test with v1.9.5.0

I start a new test with this WCCF and v1.9.5.0. and it results in a strange behavior.

1st start after install:
startmenu did not react on left mouse click
date/time in systray did not react on left mouse click ( calendar did not open )

2nd start of the installation:
startmenu works with left mouse click
date/time in systray works with left mouse click ( calendar opens )


No changes done between first start and the reboot.

I tested v1.9.6.0 and made small changes to my wccf.
The result is the same. 1st start - startmenu did not react on left mouse click.
Then I did a reboot and with the 2nd start, the startmenu is working again.
I'm not sure, if one or some of my components are responsible for this behavior.

I‘m not sure, what causes this probelm, but in v1.9.15.0 all is good.
I mark the thread as solved.
