[SOLVED] [EX-100 - v1.9.7.0] [Build 16299.15] Error when removing Feature "XPS-Viewer" after installation

After I had installed a customized Windows I get an
error while removing "XPS-Viewer" like (translated) "referenced assembly is not installed on this computer" 0x800736B3 using the Windows Features removal/installation dialog.

I winreduced most Apps, Cortana, Windows Mail.
I didn't touch services and drivers.

I have no idea what might be the reason for this error.

Do you need more informations? Is this reproducible?
