If you remove feature, this will under Windows features activate or deactivate away.

Wenn man Feature entfernt, werden diese unter Windows-Features aktivieren oder deaktivieren nicht entfernt.

Even if you remove a Windows Features using WinReducer, the name of the features still appear in the list ... if it's your question ?
