When I use Start:Tools:Updates, I've consistently been getting an error for about a week.

The error says "Unable to connect to the server, please try again later ...".

Is the server really down?

Hello and welcome,

The tool is available in WinReducer 8.0, but the updates catalog is not ready to be released for the moment. This is why you see this error.
