i think he used winreducer and after installing the os he cant mount a iso from the right click menu

so you could mount it with version 1.12 and earlier?

what file do you want to mount? (plz the exact filename i.e. windows81.iso)

i think you wrote it in some other topic too. and winterstorm said that this message box is not from winreducer. is that right? if yes what programm is it?

It is the Windows 8.1 user.
The Windows 8.1 loads the iso file vhd file in the virtual drive for its own.
With the work with the winreducer81 program
The iso,vhd file doesn't become a mount if I test
I appear this phenomenon in a v1.13~1.17.
The iso,vhd file mount function operates normally in the v1.12 version before.
I never do English and cannot explain in detail and I am worm-eaten.

Very simple to guess what you have done and what you want to do.
