Sorry I must be stupid.
I go to https://www.winreducer.net/wccf.html
to download the suggested presets but when I click on the link 
I only get a xml file!
What am I doing wrong?

copy it , and paste it in new notepad, rename it any , with .wccf Ext
Like : Windows 10lite present.wccf
