Windows Update broken by "Windows Insider Program Service"

If you remove the Service "Windows Insider Program Service", Windows Update UI will not work properly.
Also, if you remove"Connected User Experiences and Telemetry", Windows Update will not find updates.

I can confirm, that the "Windows Insider Program Service" breaks the Windows Update. Took me a lot of time to find the culprit. I'm using the actual v3.5.1.0 on a Windows 10 22H2 x64 image.

In earlier Winreducer versions this "problem" doesn't existed, since I had always removed this service. I found an old 1709 image with Winreducer v1.9.12.0, where Windows Update works with removed "Windows Insider Program Service".
