@Winter: If you haven't done so already, I suggest taking a look at Nuhi's NTlite. It seems to have options to remove some things that winreducer doesn't. You could incorporate them in the next release.

i Aware of that (i just tested the free Version) and i got all files that are left by winreducer, as soon as i made some tests i will send everything to winter so he can add it in the future

I used the NTLITE, but the free version can't do the best as many things can be done with free WinReducer.
(Nuhi offered me for a lifetime licence without payment, I'll see it later and discuss my experience here about it.)
I am waiting to see the suggestion of aymanalz of KrX and.
Also I hope the Admin will took interest in this and do his best. Thanks.

what i can say that for my purpose i can delete a lot of files which reduce the install.wim file by 150-180mb and the installed size (without hiberinate and Pagefile) is ~1.0-1.1 Gb and the OS is fully updated before reducing (but without Drivers for the Moment)

so yes there is always room for reducing Windows

@KrX- I'll discuss with you later, currently I am too busy and haven't a good PC to test at least a few MBs program.
When I am able to purchase a PC, I'll be here with some question and experience with WinReducer and other tools. Be patience to discover...

That was my experience as well. I used NTlite on an ISO that I had created with WR, and the new ISO came to be about 150-200 Mb smaller. But I haven't tested that ISO on a machine yet.

Hello guys,

Trust me, even if I am quite silent these days, I'm preparing many interesting things in the next weeks, and especially awaited functionalities (including cleanup improvements).

I will continue improving WinReducer, because I'm engaged in a long term development, so sometimes other software may be better on certain aspects, but WinReducer also have some functionalities that other software do not have ...
