If you also select the tweak "disable UAC" it doesnt. It is microsofts fault. Metro apps will not work when UAC is compleatly disabled. The above tweak does not really disable UAC, just hides it from you

maybe winterstorm should deactivate the tweak "disable UAC" when "Modern UI - Enable Apps to Work with UAC Disable" is selected (also a messenge box could show up to inform the user)
