[SOLVED] duplicate entry in clean .wcf

when saving a clean .wcf
the line

    <Element Category="Tweaks" Name="Start Menu - Downloads Icon (Hide)" Selected="false" />

is written twice

is it still present (i just have it 1 time)

or maybe its

   

   

? one time "Hide" and one time "Show" ?
