i got this "problem" to.

i still didnt test it out

but i would suggest it could be :

Control Panel - Performance Information and Tools
Windows System Assessment Tool (WinSAT)

one of those. why? because if i remember correctly the Performance tool which rates your system also can disable the aero design is your graphic card is not powerfull enough

i splitt this from here:

https://winreducer.forumotion.com/t1164-remove-aero

its not really a winreducer bug, but i need some tests because i got already a solution

Hello guys,

Have you tried to reload the aero theme using the "personalization" control panel ?

Cheers.

Are you using it in your real computer or in a virtual environment (like vmware or virtualbox) ?

so i tested it, and even after removing EVERYTHING winreducer offers, after installing it on a live system and installing my graphic card driver(restarting) and reselectig the AERO theme i get the transparency. so it IS working

testing the same on a virtual machine and the transparency is not working.

Hey KrX,

I'm using VMware Player and experienced the same bug ... which virtualization software are you using ?

description[ANSWERED] Aero transparency does not work EmptyRe: [ANSWERED] Aero transparency does not work

i use Virtual Box. But even with an untoched OS it does not work. So its not a WinReducer Bug (as far as i can say)

Hi @Winter
This is more of a feature request in Winreducer for Win 10 & 11
I was just wondering if you could find a way to enable / disable fully transparent taskbar (instead of default translucent) in your next version of Winreducer? Is it possible to enable this feature natively in Win 11?
I know 3rd party apps like TranslucentTB app and TaskbarTools can do it, so there must be a native way of doing the same too. May be you can include this feature as enabling / disabling transparency in steps (as a Win 7 style slider or as user input defined custom percentage style)

This will be another great feature in your long list of goodies you offer in your powerful customization tool.

Thanks
Cheers
