I dont know what WinReducer Software changes to fix the DPI problem on Windows 10, but i found some registry tweaks that might fix the problem.

REG ADD "HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop" /v DpiScalingVer /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00001018 /f
REG ADD "HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop" /v Win8DpiScaling /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00000001 /f
REG ADD "HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop" /v LogPixels /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00000078 /f

EDIT*

I tried without VMWare and as soon as you enable "Win8DpiScaling" the scale is automatically set to 125, so maybe this will not fix anything, cause if i disable custom scaling and set scale to 100% again, the registry is set to "0", and if you set the scale up to 125 or more the blurry fonts bug happens cause the registry entry is default windows 10 again, but if someone want to use high DPI this reg code should work.

I knew it there is something wrong with DPI. Because if you activated that option it will never fix.
My settings with Windows 10 DPI Fix installed and running are the same of yours. Perhaps that are right value.

I'm agree with there is something weird with Windows 10 DPI scaling ... will see this later, but if this is an operating system bug, like it seems to be, there are not so much things I could do Sad

You're correct i's Windows problem since day one (Pre-Alpha build). And after many hotfixes MS never update patch to fix DPI. Evil or Very Mad

But you can add these values to registry and everytime windows boot it just took that values you put.

@Jpm : I've tried with a fresh ISO downloaded using "MediaCreationTool", and used all your components but it worked great.

If you could compare your ISO SHA1 to mine (you may use "WinReducer ES - File Validator") to see if I'm using the same ISO, here is mine reference for "MediaCreationTool" :
- Français
- Windows 10
- x64
- SHA1 : 817E1D906202EB155E4BC84C6E3EEB9993F647F3

Have you upgraded 7zip to v15.14 in WinReducer ?

I hope you notice that after .iso selection the mount must be down to 2 2nd entry (Windows 10 NOT PRO)
If the 1st entry which is Windows 10 Pro everything is OK

If I dont use "Hide Boot Image Selection" then when selecting 2nd entry I just get one entry which is the non mounted one
which is the pro version

I hope that clarify what I experience

You should use the point 1 to download an official Windows 10 TH2 ISO. This is what I'm using and never experience troubles.

So finally the pb comes from the fact I did not use the generic key for the home edition

Thanks Winter for the help to found out that the key was the problem.

Strange that a wrong key was doing such behavior but well now it works

Unfortunately, there are no options to reactivate those Windows Functionalities if you used EX-100 Extreme Preset without modifying it.

You should recreate your ISO with your personal modifications to comply to your own needs.
