Actually I do, at least for Windows 7 (also with SP1), but I believe that it is the same problem with Windows 10. I have encountered the exact same problem while reducing Windows 7 and this is what I found out:
You need to keep the following things:
- Windows Media Player
- Desktop themes
- Video for Windows (AVI support)
- Windows SideShow
- Windows Defender
- Disk Cleanup
- Sync Center
- Sound Recorder
- Character Map
- Snipping Tool
