[ANSWERED] What component remove hhctrl.ocx ?

I has removed in Accessories Help and Support and Help HTML. Help Engine not was removed.
hhctrl.ocx is related with chm help files ?
Here trying to install an program, but in install fail with message errors because hhctrl.ocx not is on Windows system folder.
What component remove hhctrl.ocx ?
In moment trying add manually and register hhctrl.ocx in system folders.
