hi winter,

as carlese already mentioned here:

the driver installation for his epson printer is broken. i saw that every installation via window update is broken (Windows Drivers Download Support component)


its also the component he found:

Element Category="Remove - Network" Name="Telemetry"


EDIT: i think it was also broken in the previous versions

hi, for me it works partly. when you install win10, connect it to the internet and try to download drivers it does not work, what i do is use windows update to install the remaining updates (some fail but that doesnt bother me) and after restart and trying again windows update the driver update works.

i dont know if the updates are fixing something or if they add something that is missing


what im trying at the moment is to integrate all the updates and look if it works at first try, if not to keep telemetry and see if it works at first try


it was totaly broken before now it works like i discripbed above, but it should be possible to solve it completely
