[EX-100 - v2.0.6.0] Can't remove some services

I'm trying to remove all services with winreducer and they are remaining even though I have them checked to be removed. Some are being removed but services like Windows update, Delivery Optimization, Push notifications and more are not. I've reinstalled, tried different wccf files and nothing is working. I do not have any preset protections checked.

Edit: I should also mention that when I save a wccf file and load it up the presets to protect windows activation and important files is always checked.
