Hi Winterstorm,

I encountered some more Reg-Keys to edit the new Windows 10 control panel:

Here are the one for disabling the automatic download and update of map data which can be found in the category Apps:

I have tested all the keys and they are working for me!

"Services - Downloaded Maps Manager Service" will disable the maps page in the new settings. This is only a somehome fix but I will mark this as implemented.
