Which Active Services  to delete or not  in Safe  Boot

1 Active Services that can not be deleted in Secure StartUp

Base Filtering Engine = BFE
CoreMessaging = CoreMessagingRegistrar
Cryptographic Services = CryptSvc
Dcom Sevver Process Launcher = DcomLaunch
DHCP Client = DHCP
DNS Client = DNSCache
Local Session Manager = LSM
Network Store Interface Service = nsi
Plug And Play = PlugPlay
Power
Remote Procedure Call (RPC) = RpcSs
RPC Enpoint Mapper = RpcEptMapper
State Repository Service = StateRepository
User Manager = UserManager
User Profile Service = ProfSvc
Windows Audio = Audiosrv
Windows Audio EndPointBuilder = AudioEndpointBuilder
Windows Defender Firewall = mpssvc

2 Active Services that I deleted in Secure StartUp Without problems

Hi Guys
My Winrduced Windows seem to function correcty after removing all those registries
History now only shows Lan & Internet connections
Anybody  an idea  how to shut those down  ??
