This is the old bug since [ EX-100-64-v1.9.17.0] Bug: In the Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change Adapter Settings -> Network Connection: Unable to uninstall the protocol. The Error is 0x80071779.Use windows10 pro x64 18362.388.
