QoS Packet Scheduler Selected > reserves 20% of your bandwidth for QoS tasks > Deselected
Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Selected > Needed for Internet 
Microsoft Network Adapter Multiplexor Protocol Not Selected > Never Select as all protocols will be disabled and Internet not possible
Microsoft LLDP Protocol Driver Selected > Link Layer Discovery Protocol > Deselected < discovery & quality of service diagnostics
Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) Selected > Deselected (Safety) ,no need if IP Translation Configuration Service is enabled
  This Service Configures and enables translation from IP4 to IP6 and vice versa.

I do not enable IPv6 , it is better to translate them to IPv4 , you can control them with Emsa Advanced Port Blocker
