New user with a couple of questions.

1. If I buy a basic license does the software become locked as i cannot use it after 6 months and would have to renew?

2. Using Windows 7 as an example EX-70 how how would I create a folder on desktop for myself Admin or for another user account. The folder would have bookmarks and several other text notes and some config files that cannot be installed as .exe with OOBE
