Hello winterstorm2050, 

Windows Features is not opening !

if You cleaned your WinSxS directory then  Features get removed,
but insalled items are not  (net framework 3.5 & others)
Is this a bug or not ???

So, all four item in the Windows WinSxS should be unchecked or any particular one ?

Sorry , this is not a bug,  it should be in help section 
Actually i am very new in this Project so it happens

Have you removed ?
- "Accessories - Windows Features"
- "Accessories -Windows Features On Demand User Experience (FONDUE)"

And you need to activate : "Presets - Protect Windows Features" in order to protect the necessary dependencies.

i Removed one item from Accessories of these two you mentioned ..


Accessories -Windows Features On Demand User Experience (FONDUE)
and Presets - Protect Windows Features was not activated too ...... 
After enabling these two in my wccf  , i got back Windows Features.

Background Intelligent Transfer Service"
COM+ Event System Service"
COM+ System Application Service"
System Event Notification Service"
Windows Update Service"

can not be removed
