Removing notepad has as effect that Open with does not work,
impossible to chose another program to open a file ,
and this for all extensions.
delete notepad  in c:\Windows,   c:\Windows\System32\ &  c:\Windows\SysWOW64  and you will get it,
no need to winreduce
