After install 19044.1288.enterprise.ltsc.x64, 22000.194.home.x64 (EN) with removed components ( .WCCF [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ) and download and install latest KB update from Windows Update items removed from Control Panel wents back. Also removed Windows Defender icon went back on clock taskbar posiotion. Some removed services also went back.

This is not happen on 17763.enterprise.ltsc.x64. Removed items not back when we update windows via Windows Update.

Install system, update to latest KB via Windows Update or .MSU file and check one more time old Control Panel.

There is also back Windows Defender icon in taskbar. Shoud be not. XBOX services return and propably more.

17763.enterprise.ltsc.x64 works fine but new LTSC, Win11 no.

not an bug, its the way windows updates work. the can install a component or a part of it back. 

there is no way for winreducer to block that
