Moreover, a special mode is implemented in fashion that allows you to run applicable applications that are incompatible with Windows 10. The only tracks of Windows 10 in this modification - "Settings" in the form of a UWP application required for the system, and the "Windows Defender" (however, it was possible to remove it from the system tray).
It's a VM Dump, so you need to have VMWare 16 installed. Once you open it, it'll tell you it's missing a disk file, but do not worry as it was a temporary secondary disk I used. Just click ok and remove the second disk in the settings.
